Cate opens the webinar with a hearty WAZZZUUUUBBB and wishes everyone a warm welcome with greetings and well wishes from the Founders to all as well!

 

 

Today we have a special topic, and that is our We Share Success affiliate program (WSS).

Now, why do we have a pyramid on this image? Well it has been said that building the great pyramid took 27 years.

 

 

This is the Berlin airport which took 14 years to be built.

 

 

And today we are talking about We Share Success, and the great news is it won’t take 27 years, nor 14 years… it took us just 7 years to create the perfect affiliate program.

 

 

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary just last week. And from the beginning we have been talking about how Internet Companies like Google and Facebook earn BILLIONS OF DOLLARS by displaying advertising, but they don’t share their success with their users. And after 10 years, this has not changed, moreover it has gotten worse.

This is how we split the commissions:

 

95% of all commissions are paid out to our members.

 

25% Passive = 25% of the total commission goes to the person who invited the ordering person into our network, regardless of any involvement in the business.

This means that whenever a member in your first generation (invited by you) is closing a deal on one of the participating websites you will receive a 25% passive commission.

 

25% Active = 25% of the total commission goes to the person who actively referred the business. If there is no referrer, this commission also goes to the inviting person.

25% Active Commissions are collected when a new or existing member (who could be already invited by someone else) makes a purchase after clicking your referral link that you have been actively sharing.

 

So altogether, you have the possibility, as an affiliate, to get 50% of the total commission (active + passive). This happens when the purchasing member makes a purchase from your link, but they are a new member, so they actually sign up in your first generation. This way you get the 25% Passive and the 25% Active commission.

 

 

25% Bonuses = 25% of the total commission is paid as a bonus over 5 Generations. 5 x 2.5% passive and 5 x 2.5% active.

This means that whenever someone in your Generations 1-5 is receiving a passive commission, you receive 2.5% value of that commission as a Passive Family Bonus. The same happens with the Active commission and the Active Family Bonus. So the total over 5 generations is: 5 x 2.5% passive + 5 x 2.5% active = 25%

 

20% Pools = 20% of the total commission goes to the success pools. 1 x 10% in the Personal Success Pool (PSP) and 1 x 10% in the Global Success Pool (GSP).

The Global Success Pool (GSP) is a once per year shared bonus with top affiliates based on Family Bonuses collected during the year.

The Personal Success Pool (PSP) is a reward system based on your personal affiliate activity, meaning you are active; the active commissions you receive unlock various levels of rewards automatically.

 

And of course, in the end, the remaining 5% go to the company.

 

So 95% of all commissions are paid out to our members, but that is not 95% from the sale price, it is on the total commission amount from the sale price. The commission is a certain percentage from the sale price, for example 5%, and then the 95% paid from those 5% are shared.

 

So, if you invite someone to join for free, and a year later this person is buying something on our pages, you receive a passive commission. And you did not have to pay anything. And if this person you invited, is inviting someone else, and then this third person is buying something, you receive a Family Bonus. So you receive commission on your first level of invited people, and Family Bonus on the next 4 generations under them, so those are 5 levels of invited people under you.

 

You won’t find a system better than this one. All you do is invite people to join for free, and the process continues on its own from there. And our Network is so versatile and has so many projects, that there is always something interesting, useful and/or fun for everyone. People invite people who invite people and so on, and suddenly you have a huge network of people in your 5 generations, and you benefit for life from their activities. This is how we share our success with you; through invitation marketing we know who you have invited and this is how we can share our success with you.

 

 

Now, let’s move forward to the new WSS token. What exactly is the WSS Token?

 

In the beginning of WE SHARE SUCCESS, we promised our members that we would share our success through company shares. Thanks to blockchain technology, we don’t have to wait for going public.

As we mentioned during our Anniversary webinar, Shobbit is coming back, and as you can see from the image, you will be able to buy all kinds of different items on Shobbit. This is a traditional e-commerce platform and is strictly selling in USD/EUR.

 

Businesses who are not familiar with YEM, but still want to sell their items, can do so on Shobbit. Then, they can learn about YEM, as/if they want to, in other ways. But, at least in the meantime, they can get started and sell their items.

 

The buyers get to buy all different kinds of items and get to choose their perfect price. We have this very cool secret algorithm (patent-pending) that allows the businesses to sell for their perfect price, and the buyers to be able to choose their perfect discount, which by the way can go as low as 99% discount.

 

There will be a separate webinar on Shobbit when it officially opens, but just to give you a little bit of info now: every minute the price is going down and you choose when you want to buy that deal. The caveat is that others are also looking at the same deal at the same time, so the question is who will get the deal first. If you wait too long for the price to drop, somebody else might pick it up before you do, if the current discount is good enough for them. Then you would need to wait for another deal to show up; hopefully the same item will show up again, or maybe some different item will take its place. Sometimes it might be that it is just one item being sold, so it’s either you grab it, or you lose it!

 

As a business, they will actually receive more money on average, than just offering the traditional discount. Because not everyone needs the same discount. Somebody might decide that a 10% discount is good for them and grab the deal right away. Others will want to wait and see how low it can go, and decide to grab a deal at 75% discount for example. But, do not forget, if you wait too long, there is always that possibility somebody else will grab it before you do.

 

The way we see it, everybody wins! The consumers win because they get to have fun and get great deals, businesses win because they actually make more money on average using this system, and of course the company, We Share Success also wins, because we will get a commission on every deal sold, and as mentioned earlier 95% of those commissions gets paid to our members, truly a win-win-win deal for all!

 

Now, talking about inviting people, if you invite a business who will sell on our platform, then you will get a commission on every deal the business sells. So you can get commissions from businesses selling deals and also from consumers buying deals. We’ll have further details about the commissions as everything launches soon.

 

Shobbit is great for regular items, like watches, earrings, electronics etc., but what about for more specific things?

 

 

Well, for delicious deals, we have EatCheap. So if you know a restaurant that wants to get more customers, then they would list a deal on EatCheap. And regarding food, even a food truck, or a local market can be listed on EatCheap, it’s for all kinds of dining deals.

 

 

And then we have SleepCheap for accommodation deals, where any bed and breakfast (B&B), hotel, motel and other lodging, deals can be listed.

 

 

Next is “Book a Hero”. This platform will be for celebrities to be able to create some kind of video message for you. For example, you would like to send a special message like a “Merry Christmas” or a “Happy Birthday” message from you to somebody else, but you want that message to be recorded by a celebrity.

 

This is joint venture with Johnny Stuart Productions. For those of you who don’t know Johnny Stuart, he is from Las Vegas and he is a famous Las Vegas show producer who books celebrities in all different kinds of venues and events. So we are going to have some fantastic heroes on our “Book a Hero” site.

 

Why do we call it “Book a Hero”? Because all celebrities can donate up to 100% of their profits to Charity. And the site itself will automatically be helping Charities as well. So you get to have something cool from a celebrity and get to help a Charity all at the same time. And of course this will be one of the campaigns at We Share Success, so we get to share the success even more!

 

Again, there will be separate webinars explaining all of the above mentioned campaigns in detail, when each platform is ready to be launched; what you are listening to right now is just a brief overview, so you can understand and start thinking about things and strategize for your own success.

Now, about these WSS tokens, do not worry, there will be more information coming, as things are coming out.

 

But, why did we decide to go with the tokens and not stay with the company shares for WSS? Well, we are working on our first going public for many years now still (which is still happening and getting closer), and besides taking a lot of time and being super expensive, it is not an easy process. So we decided to change things a bit for WSS, and create these WSS tokens, to shorten the wait. And the advantage with this is that these tokens will be tradable in the first quarter of 2022. So if you decide, you can start to trade these tokens then. But here is something to pay attention to: the tokens will be used with the GSP (Global Success Pool), which means the more tokens you have, the more you share in the success on the GSP. So if someone does not want their tokens and sells them, another person could buy those tokens and increase on their share of success out of the GSP. Therefore, this gives a lot of opportunity for people who buy these tokens. So keep this in mind.

 

As mentioned, inviting people will bring you more WSS tokens as well, and this campaign to invite others to receive WSS tokens will be ongoing for quite some time, so you will have plenty of time to strategize, invite others and share in the success.

 

More specific details will be given, as everything is coming out.

Member Invitation guidelines

***Dear Members,

YEM (Your Everyday Money) is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.

We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting YEM and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting. A few things to be mindful of:

 

A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. YEM, YEM Foundation, Twnkl, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.

 

B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.

 

C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.

 

D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.

 

E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.

*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.

*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.

 

F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.

 

G. Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to people all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.

 

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
