Wazzzzuuubbb everyone! Today we will be sharing some very exciting updates for TwnklEstate

Let’s first talk about the way it has been on TwnklEstate. As the demand on TwnklEstate has grown, we have seen that many members are not able to participate in the properties they wish to. This has led to a number of discussions and ideas on how to make the listing process better in our community.

The way it has been done: each property had a limit of F.O.R. (Fractional Ownership Rights) that could be reserved per member. This ranged from just 100 F.O.R. in the very beginning, to as high as 100,000 F.O.R., which meant 1 person could reserve all the F.O.R. on the property.

At the same time, we started listing properties in various time zones so that more members around the world could participate.

Today, I am happy to share with you, that we believe we have found the perfect solution (suggested by one of our valued members)… this is yet one more example of INFLUENCE - one of our Unicorn Network Core Values…and the Power of We!

What are these changes?

Starting today and onward, we will list the properties as we have been doing (at various times throughout the week), with a few changes.

New properties will be listed Monday-Friday only
The time to make your reservation will be 1 hour from the time the property is listed
After the reservation time is closed, the F.O.R. for the property will be distributed equally based on the number of reservations made.

This will be a lot fairer as more people will be able to participate and make reservations within the given hour timeframe; also, time will be saved from having to refresh, refresh, refresh all the time in the HOPE of securing a property. There will be time to make sure it’s a property that suits you and you will have time to do your calculations to ensure you want to continue with the deal, so, no longer will it need to be a snap decision as it has been recently.

So, let’s take a quick look at the numbers:

Do understand, the maximum number of F.O.R. per property, is 100,000 period!

Previously we had general limits of 1000, 2000, 5000, 10,000, and of course, 100,000 F.O.R. per member.

With these figures it allowed a maximum number of reservations:

100,000 F.O.R. per member = at least 1 reservation

10,000 F.O.R. per member = max 10 reservations

5,000 F.O.R. per member = max 20 reservations

2,000 F.O.R. per member = max 50 reservations

1,000 F.O.R. per member = max 100 reservations

Now with this change, the numbers will vary based on the property; it could be just a few people participating in a property or it could be many people depending on the specific property listed.

Why is a time limit being set on making these reservations?

For the same reason we are making these updates – if we left it open for longer, even more people would reserve and this would mean that those people reserving might get just 1 F.O.R. with the property, which would lead to even more unhappy members.

Do understand, that this time limit may get adjusted depending on how we see things going such as, feedback, demand and so on, but for now, it will remain at 1 hour for each property listed to make reservations.

However, do understand, that everyone may now get less than 1,000 F.O.R. per property, but there again, you may get even more than 1,000 F.O.R. depending on how popular the property is and the number of people reserving F.O.R. on that property.

When you make a reservation you will be in the first step making a reservation for 1000 F.O.R. however after the final numbers are known (after the reservation time closes), the number may vary and you may end up with a partial refund of TEC if less than 1000 F.O.R. is available. If there is more F.O.R. available obviously you would need to pay additional TEC.

One last thing to understand is the process to distribute the F.O.R. reservations is done in a second step and may take 24-48 hours for the final info to show in your account depending on when the property is listed. So do be aware of that.

We will continue to list properties at various times throughout the week, with updates posted in WazzUb prior to listing, so do keep your eyes out for that also.

Other very exciting updates in the making:

Many people would like to choose their own property and have them listed for them personally through TwnklEstate. At the moment I can’t give you further details, but rest assured, our team is actively working on this right now, and as soon as updates are available they will be released to the community; as you all know, we share any important information with you as soon as we can.
The process will be similar to how it is done on TwnklCars, such as, a similar form to fill out once this update goes live, but there will be differences too, the mere fact being, that one is a car, the other property. More on this will be shared closer to the time it goes live, in the meantime, keep an eye out for updates posted in WazzUb under Announcements.

This next exciting update was mentioned briefly in the Golden 20’s Kick-off Webinar (apologies for it not being out yet, but with its length and these small Webinars in between, it’s taking longer than anticipated, I do appreciate your patience here)…and that is, UNICORN CITY!
Our goal is not just to have 1 city, but 1 city in each country. The team is definitely in the process of actively setting things up there, and more updates will be announced as soon as they are at hand.

Regarding all the Spanish properties listed on TwnklEstate - Dan has personally met with the CEO of the real estate company in Spain and we have worked out an agreement for all Spanish properties listed – as with everything else, more updates about this will be shared as soon as they’re available.

Regarding properties in Dortmund, Germany (including our future European Head Quarters) - we have started the process with the current owner and a German bank for financing the transaction, which will be paid in part with Euros, and in part with YEM.

And I have 1 more very exciting TwnklEstate update to share – there is another big property deal in the making in Bahrain (located close to Saudi Arabia in the Middle East)

So, lots of fantastic things are happening, just because you’re not hearing about them everyday, does not mean the team is not working on it, it means the team IS WORKING and at the right time, rest assured, you will know the details as they can be released; we always share our projects with our community as soon as we can.

Important housekeeping and public service updates:

Security is another of our core values!

Warnings…please be safe when doing transactions, especially private transactions within the network. We, of course, encourage our members, within our rules, to do what they want, however, sometimes things can come happen, especially if you haven’t done a thorough enough due diligence beforehand.

Now, when doing transactions (I’m talking now specifically private transactions between yourself and a member in our community, especially with one you don’t know), ALWAYS without fail, do your own due diligence thoroughly and use best safety practices; this is your responsibility, not the Company’s!

Now, within our community we generally have the absolutely best people from around the world who are members, this is regardless of country of origin/residence, backgrounds, beliefs or whatever. However, as with many good networks, even though most members are absolutely the best, unfortunately, there are also some not so good and untrustworthy members.

And even though we take care administration-wise, sometimes we don’t see things until after it is reported or brought to our attention is some way, especially when it comes to private transactions, so ALWAYS follow best safety practices as mentioned above.

If you are sending YEM or fiat currency to a member, then first, ALWAYS make sure you have received your item or service in good condition before making payment.

Sometimes, unfortunately, members have clicked the Send or Confirm button before they have received their products and found that the Seller doesn’t follow through; the product isn’t sent or is in bad condition, and your YEM or money has been pocketed by the seller.

There is only so much the Company can do if something goes wrong for you in a private transaction, this can be very concerning, but it is up to you to be responsible for your own actions, so this is a warning – it is your responsibility to care for your own transactions, so use your head, be smart, do your due diligence and use best safety practices – receive your product or service before making payment!

Any questions, concerns or uncertainties, ask Support first before confirming things – better to be safe than sorry.

With any mistakes where you realize you are doing something wrong, please go back and correct your mistake, whether it’s to do with your wishlist, the way you itemize things, misuse of words when voting such as, accidentally typing YEM (invalid vote) instead of YES (valid vote); please remember, that it's a lot of work for the team to clean up after everybody; it’s your responsibility when making posts, so too, it is your responsibility to correct your mistakes – do this so you don’t regret any consequences through carelessness.

Member Invitation guidelines

***Dear Members,

Our Rainbow Currency is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.

We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting. A few things to be mindful of:

A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twnkl, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.

B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.

C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.

D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.

E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.

*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.

*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.

F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.

G. Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
