Dear Unicorn Members,

Today’s webinar will be short but full of great news for those of you who understand the process we are going through. Before I start to share the news, I would like to talk with you about some things that I have experienced since our last webinar.

Whenever I have time, I read at WazzUb and in our Skype groups about your excitement, about your questions, about your concerns. It is very interesting for me that some of you are under the impression that nothing is happening, nothing is moving, that we are telling fairytales, and other stuff like this. When I ask, “Hey, why do you think so?” they say it is because the YEM is still at 1 Cent, and because we are causing more delays than results.

On the other side, the vast majority of members give positive feedback. They understand and they like what we do. Of course, they don’t like delays, and honestly, I don’t like delays either. But they understand that delays and even failures are a fixed part of the road to success. If it would be easy, everybody would do it, right?

Let me give you an example for a delay that happened earlier: Since we found out in 2015 that our IPO in the United States would be much more expensive than expected, that it would have cost us multi-millions of dollars, we have been looking for other options. Since 2016, we have been negotiating with the publicly traded German company that we are merging with now. The challenge was how to transfer the values that we have created so far, from the United States to Europe, without paying tons of taxes. Then, in 2017, the Bitcoin hype started, and we realized that a cryptocurrency would be the solution for us.

Now, to have any cryptocurrency accepted by authorities as an asset that can be used in a merger, you need a CPA firm stating a certain value in a written appraisal. It took us some time to find a firm that is willing at least to look into it. They told us it will not take longer than 3 months to finish, but in the end, it took them 8 months. That is a 5 months delay! Should we be angry? Should we be disappointed? Should we fire them? Should we give up? Or, should we be grateful that they did an amazing job, even if they needed nearly 3 times more time than scheduled.

Rest assured that there is no need to be disappointed, because they did a great job. We registered the first corporation in the whole European Union with liability capital paid in full in cryptocurrency—even better, in OUR cryptocurrency!

Interestingly, none of the negative members ever gave proof that there is another company doing what we do (sharing our success with our members), and that the other company made them rich. Since about 8 years ago, we are receiving messages about these super-duper companies promising super cool things, being super professional, doing this and that, and doing it much, much better than we do. The fun thing is that NONE of these companies made it. They all disappeared, and their members lost all their invested money, time, and energy.

But these negative members (you know they are just a few members), still try to tell us what we are doing wrong, how we must do things differently, and they tell us what they deserve etc., while at the same time they are ignoring all these beautiful things happening around them with our project, within the Unicorn Network.

Rest assured that I know exactly what I told you in our last webinar, and yes, some things did not happen as expected. But there have been tons of positive things happening since I talked to you about a month ago. Now, let me share some highlights with you about what exactly happened:

Regarding our merger, July 1, 2019 is still the technical effective date for our merger with the publicly listed company. Due to summer holidays and literally everybody but me being on vacation for a week or two, the meeting with the current heads of our new company has been postponed twice, and will happen now on August 1; in other words, later this week on Thursday.

So, the final decision about the date for the public announcement of the merger, will be made at this meeting on August 1. The public announcement needs to be done by this publicly traded company. If it were up to me, it will happen between August 5 and August 9, but please have in mind that I am just one seat at the table.

We, as the UAC Holding Company, we are preparing for being in the spotlight. Our brand new website will go public tomorrow, and of course, it will be in German language first. We are already working on the English version, but please understand that for a German merger between 2 German companies, German language needs to be there first.

Anyway, you will not see our U.S. based projects on that website, but don’t get confused, it is just because legally they are not yet part of the German company. But, of course, they will be added step by step after the merger is done.

The cool thing is that on our German website, you will learn about some of our new European strategic partnerships, joint ventures and projects. Talking about these partnerships, joint ventures, and projects, you will meet many, many new team members. Finally, we are at the point where we are partnering with super professional teams of experts, and that means that we finally have the power to drive several projects at the same time. Anyway, with the merger coming we will have much more budget available to push all our projects, so guys we are finally there!

We will have the first press releases in German and English language later this week, and we will share daily updates (as available) with you at WazzUb. Nothing can hold us back anymore. Finally, our time has come! No more waiting time for things to happen, just don’t expect everything to happen at the same time.

We will have the first vacation apartments in Germany that will be available for booking with YEM. I am talking about the Bavaria property that you can find at TwnklEstate. By the way, I know some of you say that it doesn’t help if we have properties listed at TwnklEstate, when we miss the timelines of the Smart Contracts (like it happened in July), but please have in mind that many of the properties listed are already owned by our company (UAC Holding Company). That means that no matter what the smart contract of this Bavaria property says (at TwnklEstate), starting in August you will be able to book these apartments for vacations, and you can pay with YEM (through the International Vacation Club).

Talking about TwnklEstate (https://twnkl.estate), later this week we will remove the F.O.R. limitation per member, and we will list several apartments where you will be able to reserve even 100% F.O.R, if you are fast enough and of course if you have enough TEC. You know we had this limitation in the beginning, so that every member could participate, and now you can see that some members run out of TEC, so they are buying more and more TEC at CCS and TwnklBuy. On the other side, we have members who have a lot of TEC and they want the limitation removed so they can have more F.O.R. on a certain property. So here we go…this limitation will be removed and this is a big chance for all existing or new members who would like to participate.

Regarding Solario (https://solario.online), I promised that the Solario website will be back online in July, and hey, we have 2.5 days left to make it happen (haha). The great news about Solario is that we are on track for delivering clean energy starting January 2022 (like scheduled), and that the new team and new technology that we are working with has a prototype ready to go. So at Solario, the first step is to build a small manufactory, and if the process of production is running smoothly, then we can start building plans and manufactories on every continent. You will be able to learn more about it and about the current price of the SOLR token when the Solario website is back online. It is scheduled to happen this week, hopefully before Thursday, but hey, if it is a few days later, it is like it is; you know we do whatever we can to make things happen as quick as possible.

Regarding the new exchange, I know that the RCF (Rainbow Currency Foundation) is working hard with a group of experts on a brand new exchange which will be exclusively for our TwnklChain coins, and it will be much easier to handle than the current CCS solution. I have seen screenshots, and as I have been able to open a test account, I can tell you it is not fully functional yet, but it is nearly there. All the licenses and regulations are in the making so that members and payments from all around the world can be accepted, and I am sure that the RCF will have an announcement coming up. I am not speaking for them, I just wanted to share with you there is something very exciting in the making… just be patient.

During the last 4 weeks, I have spent a lot of time with lawyers, CPAs, notaries, and consultants and they are all very impressed about what we have achieved so far. And by the way, we made it that at least some of them and at least partly, they accepted YEM; lawyers paid in YEM, notaries, consultants, accountants… you just need to talk with them and explain what we do. They are experts and they are proud to be a part of our success story. And so should you! Be proud of being one of our members and of being a part of our success story, no matter if you are with us for 7-8 years now or if you just joined today. And from today on you should really check WazzUb (https://wazzub.com/) on a daily basis so you do not miss a thing.

Regarding every other project that I did not mention, just know that everything is in the making, and you will hear news about things step by step.

So guys, as Dan said, everything is in the making and everything is happening as quickly as possible. Do understand that everything takes time, especially when you are working with multiple different companies. So just have patience; it is all happening. Keep being positive, keep being proactive, and most importantly be sure to check WazzUb (https://wazzub.com/) on a regular basis. You should be checking for new updates every day right now, as things will get more and more exciting.

So where do we go for updates? Simply look at the “News” section and the topic “Announcements”. If we have an announcement, it is posted under “Announcements”. If it is a webinar, it is posted under “Webinars”. You can easily see if something is newly posted there.

For those who want to keep up on the news and other topics in WazzUb, know that in each topic the newest post is always brought to the first pages, so if there is a lot of activity like we see in the Wishlist sometimes, you might have to look through the first couple pages, but most of the time you can see the newest messages on the first page.

Also, during the upcoming period pay special attention to the “Press releases” topic under the “News” section.

If you want to navigate around in WazzUb, we have lots of different subdomains there. So just click on the Wazzub logo in the upper left corner, and you will see other options. If you speak French, German or Spanish, you can use those sections in those languages and communicate with other people who speak the same language. There are also chat rooms in those languages in each subdomain.  

If you would like to see more languages, we are always looking for more team members. In the various sections for the projects, you might find an announcement saying we are looking for somebody there; or if you would like to volunteer for a specific area, please contact support and they will forward your info to the proper person.

Remember we have free prizes at Prize Mania; you can find that very easily in your SafeZone on the dashboard, as well as many other things like the shopping sites etc. So definitely visit your SafeZone dashboard and navigate from there.

Member Invitation guidelines

***Dear Members,

Our Rainbow Currency is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.

We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting.  A few things to be mindful of:


A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twnkl, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.


B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.


C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.


D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.


E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.

*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.

*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.


F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.


G.  Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.


H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.


I. If you create your own Pages, Groups, Blogs, etc., be sure you comply with the terms of use of the host. Be sure you comply with our Affiliate Guidelines for Social Media and Internet Activity. You can view them here:
