Cate, CEO of Unicorn Network, welcomes and thanks everyone for attending the webinar. Dan is unable to join the webinar today because of his many meetings, but he sends his greetings to everyone and hopes everyone is doing well.

Today, Cate will talk about the newest updates, polishes, and adjustments on some of our pages, taking, of course, everyone’s influence in mind.

The first topic is about TwnklCar:

It is in the making right now.
We will have more updates about this on Monday, March 25, 2019.
The smart contracts that you have with TwnklCar are a bit different from those you have with TwnklEstate, and with TwnklShop. So this is like a third version of our business model that we are using with these sites.
So, you will be able to decide what kind of car you want from the participating dealerships. Basically you would go to that dealership website, you pick out what kind of new car you want with whatever kind of options you want and you will see the price for your particular choosing. Then (on the TwnklCar website) you will choose your smart contract options. That means you get to decide what is the target value of YEM for that Smart Contract (i.e. 5 cents, 10 cents etc.). You also get to choose the term length for that Smart Contract. It has to be between 12 and 24 months. So you can decide for example 14 months, or 16, or whatever you choose. Then there will be a calculator based on the numbers you have put in: the value of the vehicle, the target value of YEM and the length of the Smart Contract. Then the calculator will show you the price that you need to pay in Twnkl Mobility Coins (TMC).
Remember that this is a reservation, a deposit on this vehicle.
Once the reservation is placed (very similarly like we do with TwnklShop, using the maximum global value) we will go and negotiate for you, to try to get you the best price for that vehicle. So there is a possibility that if the price is negotiated lower than what you have calculated, that you will receive a partial refund on your TMC already placed for your reservation.

The second topic is about TwnklEstate:

We added these 2 handy little counters on the TwnklEstate landing page (before log in).
The REAL ESTATE VALUE is the total value of all properties listed in TwnklEstate. Out of those 35 million dollars, over 2 million dollars in property have already been paid in YEM. So TwnklEstate has already purchased some of these properties that are listed on the page (so not just that one property from last year, but now 11 different properties have been purchased with YEM). And TwnklEstate is in negotiations for the other properties with their owners.
You can see that already more than 2 million FRACTIONAL OWNER RIGHTS have been reserved, which is fantastic.
The next property (date updated) to be listed is scheduled on Saturday this week (March 23).

The third topic are the updates we have done on TwnklShop:

As you can see here on the landing page we have implemented those same 2 counters, only here it is showing the total value of all products listed and reserved (9 million dollars), and then we have the total number of reservations placed (more than 3000 reservations already placed).
The average value is about US$2500 per reservation.
Another update is that we will be listing products on Saturdays also, so that means you will find a new product listed on TwnklShop 6 days a week.
When you click on “more info” on a product on TwnklShop you will now see a little timer showing how long the reservations are able to be placed on that product, and there is also a counter that shows you how many reservations are remaining. Some products are allowed to be bought more than one per person, and other ones are limited to just one per person.
The products listed Monday through Friday will have a 24-hour timer on them. So once the product is listed, everyone has 24 hours to place reservations for that product (these products are more of the lower-end price, value wise).
For the products on Saturday, they will have a 48-hour timer (they will be more of those more expensive high-end items). So if you are looking for something more expensive, be sure to pay attention on those Saturday listed products.
Once you place a reservation, and you go to the “reservations” section, now you will see the date for the Smart Contract, and that is the last possible date the contract might be activated. Of course if the conditions of the contract are met earlier than that, the Smart Contract will be activated more quickly. So make sure you are thinking about the cost of taxes and things like that in time; you need to have those funds available (in fiat currency) to be able to officially purchase the product when the Smart Contract is activated.
About the pricing on TwnklShop, as there have been many questions about it, do understand that all the values listed for the products are the maximum global value. We cannot setup Smart Contracts for every single location around the world as the prices are different all around the world depending on many factors. So we have the three options with different YEM target values and different times for the Smart Contracts, and those are what everyone around the world can choose from. Once the reservations are placed, we will see where everybody is located, we will contact the manufacturers or official vendors and negotiate the best prices that we possibly can for everyone. So there is a possibility that if the price is negotiated lower than your reservation, that you will receive a partial refund on your TSHC already paid for your reservation. And of course if the price is lower, that also helps you to pay less taxes, which is great!
And another updates is that when you login to https://twnkl.shop on the landing age at the top you will see some of the info Cate just shared with you, and a link to go directly to the TwnklShop Wishlist Listed Products area. So if you are looking to find out what product is coming next, you can go to that area with just one click from the landing page. Note: If after you click, you are taken to a WAZZUB page where it says “You do not have permission to view these forums”, it just means you are not already logged in to WAZUB. So just log in using the arrow in the top right, and then click again from TwnklShop.

The next topic is our new project SafeTransfer:

SafeTransfer is the only file upload and transfer service accredited by the SafeZone.
Simply login with your SafeZone Pass, upload your file and select the PerNums who shall be able to download the file.
100% Privacy.
Your files are not screened, tracked, or analyzed, but be aware that any reported copyright infringement or other illegal activity will be reported to the national or other authorities.
So remember this service is only for sharing your original files, or other files you have permission to share.

You will notice that there is only a LOGIN button on this page, which means that this is not a service you should be promoting to other people as a place for them to join from; this is simply a service you have access to with your SafeZone Pass. So this service is just a benefit for our members, to make your life easier; it is not designed as an entry point to attract new members, so you will not receive a reflink for this page.

After you login you will see a basic page like this. At the top there is a disclaimer in red letters, and after that you will see 2 buttons for 2 options: to upload publicly or upload privately.
Upload publicly means that you can upload directly to sites like WAZZUB and your images will be shown to the public. Public uploads are restricted to images only and they are not deleted automatically. The maximum file size is 200KB. The total current limit is 100MB, and your images stay uploaded until you’ve reached this limit. To upload publicly you need to click on the “Click here to upload publicly” button.
Private uploads are to be used when you want to share something with a specific individual or group of people. You can share different types of files with up to 3 other people using their PerNums (like if you wanted to share a large image with 3 people maximum with one upload). Private files are deleted automatically after 48 hours. The maximum file size is 200MB. The total current limit is 500MB.
No ads will be displayed while you do the transfers. So this is not like any other third party sites where they force you to click on ads first to be able to upload and share files. This is 100% clean service, with maximum privacy and security within the SafeZone, designed especially for our members.
Once you upload your files, you can go through the little sandwich menu (3 horizontal lines) and click on “your uploads” and then you will see a page similar to this:

Here you can choose to view your public or your private uploads. If you choose to see the public uploads you will see a page similar to this:

Each image has a little “info” link, so when you click on it you will see the link to use it for sharing that image. So that is the direct image link, and you can use it to make your Wazzub post for example, using the image tag in the BBcode that we use in Wazzub.
You can also manage your images, delete those you feel are no longer important or mark “important” those that you think they are important. But please take note that if you delete an image here, it will no longer be viewable in that post where you have shared it. So if you are going to delete an image, go back to where you’ve shared it, and delete it from there as well.

If you choose to see the private uploads you will see a page similar to the image above. As you can see it is very similar to the public page, only here you have a “share with PerNum” box, where you need to enter the PerNums (maximum 3 people at one time) you want to share the file with, and then click “add”. You also have the “info” button here, you click on it and you need to share that link from there with those PerNums you’ve added in the box. They also must be logged into their SafeTransfer accounts to be able to download that file from that link.
SafeTransfer is opening up on Friday, March 22, so keep your eyes open for announcements posted in WAZZUB (in the NEWS section) https://world.wazzub.com.

General updates:

Now that we have a number of things back relaunched in the SafeZone and set up within our network, we are starting to move away from our external social media pages, and external services like Skype and others. So step by step you will see things being closed down, or member announcements not been posted in those areas, and this is because the main place for you to get all of your announcements as a member is WazzUb. Pay attention to that NEWS area, because we put all the announcements there. The newest announcements will always be up at the top in those sections (i.e. Sticky). So that is a quick way to stay informed.

To easily navigate inside WazzUb and all the sub-areas, just click on the WAZZUB logo in the upper left corner, and you will see the main dashboard with the main links to different languages, the chat, the ThinkTank etc. So keep this in mind for easy navigation.

If you want to know what is going on with TwnklShop, all you need to do is go to the TwnklShop Wishlist from WazzUb, and then go to the “Listed Products” section. Every day when we list a product, we add the product that’s listed, the next product that is coming, and a Congratulations to the person who won a free product that day.

So like Cate mentioned, on social media accounts and on Skype we will not be posting announcements for new products listed or other things happening in the community. So simply go to WazzUb, click on the forums under the News area and see what is new every day. Just know that we generally post updates between 12 and 2 p.m. US Pacific time (although updates can be posted at anytime as well).

And remember about inviting new members (if you don’t someone else will), that is how success is shared with you. How do we do that? We use invitation Marketing. You will find the invitation/referral links on the We Share Success website https://wesharesuccess.com (and the individual pages). The best way to do it is to personally talk to people because then you can explain thing better, answer their questions and direct them to where they want to go. By inviting people personally, it helps them to get started and it gives them a good role model so they can do the same with the people they invite. And of course, as you know, many of our projects have affiliate commissions, so depending on their activity you are rewarded.

Please understand, our whole project is a member-driven project. We, the members, being part of the Power of “We” in positive and respectful ways, sharing our influence, making our desires known to have a better place to interact, to share, to shop etc., with a member-driven company that truly cares, where our data is protected and we are not spied on and tracked for advertising purposes. A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twnkl, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.

B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.

C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.

D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.

E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.

*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.

*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.

F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.

G. Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
