Cate Kozikowski (CEO of Unicorn Network) opens the webinar and welcomes everyone. Cate shares exciting updates covering the TwnklChain Proof of Stake (including details, fees, rules, and how to participate), and other, very brief updates in today’s webinar.

1. The Proof of Stake (PoS) will be on the TwnklChain website (https://www.twnklchain.com). You will see:

a new log in/log out feature
the menu and logo at the top
once you log in, you will see something similar to the image below, and you will click on “Proof of Stake” in the menu to get started.

That’s how it looks after log in, and yes, there will be a reflink (referral link) for the TwnklChain website that you can use if you wish to share it with others. Use the following standard formula for your reflink:

Replace “YOURPERNUM” with your actual PerNum.

TwnklChain Confirmations & Fee Distribution:

In TwnklChain we have 4 confirmations for each transaction
2 from Proof of Work (PoW)
2 from Proof of Stake (PoS)
Each confirmation receives 20% of TwnklChain fees
4 x 20% = 80% of fees go to the members
2 x 20% = 40% of all fees go to PoS Pool

Proof of Stake (PoS) Pool Rules:

Proof of Stake (PoS) opens, Saturday, November 3, 2018
Minimum deposit 100,000 YEM
No maximum deposit
All deposits before Nov 15, 12pm, U.S. Pacific are qualified for Dec 15 PoS share.
First time on Dec 15, the PoS Pool will be shared
You can enter Proof of Stake (PoS) any time, but the cut-off is always day 15 of each month for the next month’s share.
And only deposits older than 30 days participate
You can withdraw anytime, but there are no partial withdrawals
You can only deposit one time and withdraw your full deposit (that means if you choose this month to deposit just the minimum 100,000 YEM and a couple days later you decide to add more to it, you would have to withdraw that full 100,000 first, then do a new deposit with a new amount).

Let’s go through things in details:

Cate mentioned, you would click on the Proof of Stake on the menu and when you did, you would see a simple page like this below with a little bit more information about the Proof of Stake. And what it says, is basically what she shared with you already:

Meaning, that as long as your deposit is at least 30 days old when the next Proof of Stake (PoS) is shared, then you will be able to participate in that PoS sharing.

After you click on “Enter PoS to get started”, a screen like this below appears that asks you the amount of YEM you want to deposit into the PoS Pool: after you click, “Confirm PoS Deposit” you will see a notification that you are qualified for the December 15 PoS Pool Sharing.

The next screen shows how much YEM you entered and warns you, that you are not qualified for the next PoS Pool Share when you withdraw your deposit. So be aware that you should put in there what you don’t mind putting aside and holding for a little while.

(Remember this is just an easy example to demonstrate the formula used and some potential results, real results will depend on real world usage.)

Fees collected til Dec 15: 10 Million YEM

PoS deposits total: 100 Million YEM
PoS share per YEM deposited: 0.1 YEM
In this example a 100,000 YEM deposit would receive 10,000 YEM PoS share.

This is just a quick example, real numbers depend on deposits and fees

Here is the formula so you can see more how it works:

The example shared was basically:

Total fees collected / total PoS pool = fees per PoS share per YEM deposited

Then to figure your specific amount:

Amount of YEM in PoS Pool x fees per PoS share per YEM deposited = benefits for your total PoS share deposited

Cate reminds everyone, that there are no special skills involved – just a few clicks and everyone is set to go! It’s has the potential to be very lucrative and it is very simple. But remember, it all depends on the deposits and the fees. Sometimes it can be higher, another time lower, it’s just the way it is. So, each month, it can be different. It’s all about making your YEM work for you and, of course, increasing the number of revenue streams that you have for yourselves.

2. Other updates:

Friendly reminder: Nov 4: Daylight Saving Time Ends in USA & Canada

In the United States, Canada, and Mexico's northern border cities, Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends on Sunday, November 4, 2018.

Clocks will be set back 1 hour from 02:00 (2 am) to 01:00 (1 am) in each time zone.

DST in the US starts again on Sunday, March 10, 2019.

Member Invitation guidelines

***Dear Members,

Our Rainbow Currency is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.

We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting. A few things to be mindful of:

A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twnkl, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.

B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.

C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.

D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.

E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.

*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.

*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.

F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.

G. Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
