1. Q&A’s about TwnklBuy
Cate, (CEO, Unicorn Network) welcomes everyone and introduces the webinar, saying it will be in a Q&A format from questions received since the September 24 webinar, focused on TwnklBuy, as that is what people are primarily asking.
Along with TwnklEstate, TwnklBuy is expected to open as soon as possible in the next days, (see updates below).
Before Cate addresses questions about TwnklBuy, she answers one question concerning TwnklEstate.
Q. Does the F.O.R. (Fractional Owner Rights) always need to be limited to 1,000 F.O.R.’s?
A. No. It is only being limited in the very beginning; so that way as many people as possible can participate. (Later on down the road, there won’t be such limitations on how many F.O.R.’s an individual can purchase. One person could purchase all the F.O.R.’s for a property, for example.)
To start with, things will be taken slowly; therefore, beginning with 2 properties only. Every business day (Monday through Friday), 1 or 2 more properties will be added to the TwnklEstate website (www.twnklestate.com).
Cate then moves on to TwnklBuy, and as with TwnklEstate, she strongly advises everyone to read everything on the TwnklBuy website (www.twnklbuy.com) thoroughly before making any final decisions. She also says that many questions people have asked (that will be answered on this webinar), are also answered on the TwnklBuy website.
Q. Do we have to set our selling price (for YEM) in the MarketPlace?
A. No. The MarketPlace will automatically sell at the current lowest rate from CryptoCoinStreet (CCS); which means, for example, as of now, the current rate of 1 cent (US$0.01) per 1 YEM on CCS will also show as the current rate on the MarketPlace. So automatically, YEM will sell at the lowest possible rate on the MarketPlace, according to CCS’s current lowest-selling rate.
Q. Can members GIFT currencies or tokens (such as, YEM, TEC or SOLR Tokens) to others—family or friends through TwnklBuy?
A. Right now, “No.” There is not an option to do that through TwnklBuy; but, a solution is being worked on for gifting purposes (in the near future).
It is important to note that the VALUE of YEM and U.S. dollars is tracked on the TwnklChain and TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE. This is in place especially for tax purposes. So, for example, when you place a Sell order for your YEM on the MarketPlace, it’s going to show that you are selling some YEM for a certain amount of U.S. dollar value; therefore, you are responsible for whatever taxes happen based on that transaction. Each individual is always responsible for their own taxes, or fees, or whatever is associated with the transaction.
Q. Now that we will have TwnklBuy, what will become of CCS; and can I sell YEM for BTC there (in the MarketPlace)?
A. If you personally accept the payment, you could accept BTC or whatever other currency was your preferred currency to receive; do understand that you are responsible for ensuring you receive the appropriate U.S. dollar value for your offer.
Buyers using the escrow service can pay with bitcoin through TwnklBuy, however it is all converted to USD or YEM depending on what they are purchasing. So the seller would still receive either USD or YEM from their transaction.
Right now, the only trading pairs on CCS is YEM/USD (or YEM/TEC), the same applies on TwnklBuy for YEM/USD with the exception of personally received payments through the MarketPlace, however they will still be tracked and counted in USD value.
In order to receive BTC from an escrow payment through TwnklBuy, you would have to do another currency exchange (i.e. buy BTC with your USD on CCS).
CCS is staying strong. TwnklBuy is simply a second option for people; especially, those members who want to use the TwnklBuy services to avoid having to do all the tedious steps or processes themselves through CCS. The TwnklBuy services will actually buy the requested YEM or TEC (for members using the TwnklBuy services) through the CCS exchange; so, CCS is where the YEM, TEC will come from—when someone uses the “Buy” service on TwnklBuy. If purchasing SOLR through the Buy service, the team will do the needful through the Solario website, if buying CBMT/CBMD, it would be done through the Cashback Marketing website, and so on. The TwnklBuy team will do the needful steps to fulfill the buyers request. And through the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE, both buyers and sellers have additional options not available on CCS.
Q. Can you bypass the current rate, and input a higher rate if you choose, or wait for the price to reach the rate that you want to sell at?
A. This is a function of CCS. Cate suggests that the smart strategy is to place any higher-valued Sell order (of your choosing) at CCS—that is, if you don’t want to sell at whatever the current rate is.
However, if you want to sell as quickly as possible, at whatever the current lowest rate is (as seen on CCS) while maximizing the value you receive for your YEM, then the best strategy here is to place your Sell order on the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE.
Cate moves on to explain about currencies used to make purchases on the TwnklBuy.
There are 2 main currencies used when purchasing on TwnklBuy: YEM and U.S. dollars. However, you can initially pay with U.S. dollars, euros or bitcoin directly through the website. Those payments are processed through 2Pay4You (the payment processor associated with CCS).
Additionally, if you want to purchase with bitcoin or euros, there will be an exchange fee to exchange that currency (bitcoin or euros) into U.S. dollars; as then the purchase amount will be done in U.S. dollars for the YEM. (As a private seller you can also accept your own local currency and others, see more info below regarding the Private options.)
Talking about the differences between the Marketplace, the Buy services, and the fees (and understanding how these all connect together), will make things clearer.
The TwnklBuy service is for those who don’t want to do the work themselves. On the TwnklBuy website, you can see, it’s 1% charge for this service. Cate emphasized, that this 1% fee is strictly for the TwnklBuy service.
However, on top of this, there may be other fees. For example, if you wanted to purchase YEM, but all you had were euros, there would be an additional currency exchange fee, because CCS converts all other currencies into U.S. dollars. And, on top of this, there maybe some trading fees to consider as well.
The advantage of all this, is that the people who use the TwnklBuy service will save themselves the time, energy and effort from doing it themselves. However, if they want to save themselves this charge, they can either go to CCS and make their own purchases; or, they can do it through the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE—either way is totally fine. TwnklBuy is just providing optional ways of doing things that may not be offered on CCS itself.
So, those are the fees associated with the Buy service.
Talking about the MarketPlace: there are 2 ways that offers will be shown: Public and Private.
If you choose to sell your YEM on the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE and you do it publicly, that means, any person who chooses can purchase your YEM; and you can also accept payments from someone you know personally, who is interested to buy from you (you can do this with both a public or private offer). This can be done through you, which Cate will explain step by step, further along in this Recap.
Or, you can sell your offer privately, (see more below).
If a buyer (even a big one) does not want to pay the service fee (for using the Buy service on TwnklBuy), then they can go straight to the CCS exchange, or purchase directly from the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE and make their purchase on their own to avoid the Buy service fee charge.
In the MarketPlace there are 2 specific fees:
1. The transaction fee. This is always 1% per transaction, which is paid by the seller in cryptocurrency (YEM). This fee is paid at the time of listing and is non-refundable, even if you cancel your offer later.
2. When the payment from the buyer is made through the Escrow system, for example, the buyer has U.S. dollars, euros or bitcoin, and they want to purchase a public offer or a private offer directly on the website, then that payment is processed through 2Pay4You. It will go through an Escrow system (which also has an additional standard fee of 1% of the transaction value).
The escrow fee is separate and is paid by the buyer. So, the seller pays the transaction fee of 1% when they list the offer. If the buyer uses the Escrow system, there is a 1% Escrow fee paid by the buyer, and is deducted from the fiat currency amount received. Again, any currency exchange fees will apply here also.
Placing an order on the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE—public versus private:
If public, the following will be displayed for public viewing: your PerNum; the amount of YEM you want sold; and (since the current rate is shown), the value will be displayed there, as well.
If private, that is, for members who want a more private experience, you can use the Private option. Your Sell offer will not be shown publicly, except to those PerNums that you approve on your end.
Have in mind, that if you want to sell privately, generally, in some way, you will know the person who is going to buy your offer; because, you have to allow them to see your offer, if they are going to buy it. (Of course, the function to set an approved buyer will be added in pernum.com once available, simply add their PerNum.)
This is the step-by-step process if you are going to use this method:
1. You display your private Sell offer on the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE.
2. If you know someone who is interested in purchasing your YEM, and if they do not have a SafeZone Pass (they are not already a SafeZone member); then first, you would have them sign up for free through one of your Reflinks (such as your WSS link); so that they can receive their personal PerNum.
3. Once they join, that person (the buyer), will need to give you their PerNum.
4. You (as the seller), will log into your Pernum account and enter that new member’s PerNum as an approved buyer for your offer.
5. That buyer will then log in, and they will see your offer and they will need to push the Buy button; which will lock in the current price for them.
6. Then, the buyer would give you the money for your offer.
7. Once you have received the money, then you (as the seller), would log in and click the Received button.
This will complete the transaction.
As discussed, you (as the seller), are going to pay 1% (in YEM) for this transaction fee, which will be deducted from your YEM balance when you list your offer.
The buyer will then receive the YEM they have purchased from you, into their PerNum wallet. The buyer will take care of the Escrow service fee when they use that.
If they, the buyer, are giving you the money directly (to pay for your sell order on the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE), then they wouldn’t need the Escrow service; so they would not be charged those fees.
It will be up to you, as the person receiving the money, to ensure that: 1) you have received all the agreed upon money; and 2) that you mark that as “received,” so that the received money can be processed.
The value of the money will be noted for tax purposes, you are responsible for whatever taxes are due from that transaction.
Another point that Cate elaborated upon here is about those YEM holders who are interested in receiving bitcoin, instead of fiat currency (U.S. dollars), for selling their YEM.
It’s a 2-step process:
1. You would need to sell your YEM for U.S. dollars, because they are the only trading pair available.
2. You would then need to take those U.S. dollars and buy bitcoin through CCS.
Cate added here, that "how to buy" and “how to cash out” instruction infos were also requested to be offered at the TwnklBuy website and yes, once the TwnklBuy website opens, easy-to-follow instructions will follow.
Please note, as a Seller, when you are receiving payments for your offers directly from the website that are paid through the Escrow service, the buyer pays the Escrow fees, and the funds will be distributed to you through 2Pay4You.
The Escrow service can handy, for example if you are in the USA and you know someone in Europe to buy your offer, they can pay via the escrow service on the website and the funds are distributed to you via 2Pay4You.
Cryptocurrency (such as YEM), will be deposited into your PerNum Wallet.
Q. If I were to list and sell YEM (for U.S. dollars) on TwnklBuy, will I have to create a second account at CCS?
A. No. It’s all run by CCS, so there would be no need to create a second account. You will have one account in CCS, and your Safezone/Unicorn Network. One thing to note though, if you are not already verified in both CCS and 2Pay4You, you will need to verify both CCS and 2Pay4You accounts separately. This is for legal reasons and we can’t change it.
Q. How do we cashout?
A. It’s all through 2Pay4You, just like it is on CryptoCoinStreet (TwnklBuy is a service of CCS). So to cashout, for legal reasons you will need to be verified through both 2Pay4You and CryptoCoinStreet.
Rest assured we are still working on solutions for those members where this has been a challenge due to select locations, languages, or other limited circumstances, we will have further updates as quickly as possible.
Q. If you already have a pending YEM-sell order at CCS, can you put another YEM Sell order at TwnklBuy?
A. The smart strategy would be to put the YEM you want to sell at a lower price on TwnklBuy; and the YEM you want to sell at a higher price, put on CCS—the best and most efficient way to reach your goals.
If the higher price is reached and you want to sell more, then just repeat the same process.
When you put your higher-priced offer on CCS, and your lower-priced offer on TwnklBuy, this will allow you:
1) to receive even more for your lower-priced offer on TwnklBuy; and
2) You maximize the value you receive for all your sell offers.
If you want to sell right away, it’s better to sell your YEM on TwnklBuy, as it will always be whatever the current CCS rate is.
Remember: “Always BE smart, and TRADE smart.” (Dan Settgast quote)
Q. If we want to move YEM from CCS to TwnklBuy, do we have to pay a fee; as we’ve already paid a fee to put them into CCS?
A. Yes; whatever fees apply, still apply. Per normal practice, whenever you transfer anything from the CCS exchange to your PerNum wallet, the same fees apply.
Cate provides some GOOD NEWS! Our Rainbow Currency Foundation (RCF) has decided (in cooperation with Unicorn Network) that:
Every Rainbow Currency holder who withdraws their YEM order on CCS and moves it to their PerNum wallet within the next 7 days (and these are the Sell orders at US$0.02 or lower, at CCS)—whoever withdraws those YEM to put them on TwnklBuy, can have BOTH the fees to transfer those YEM from CCS REFUNDED to your PerNum wallet; AND, you will receive a 1,000-YEM bonus, as a gift, directly from the RCF’s account.
Cate highlights here that there is a little bit of a process to claim this refund and bonus.
Please remember:
This fee offer and bonus reward only applies to those who move their YEM (that are at US$0.02 or lower), from CCS to their PerNum wallet (in order to put them on TwnklBuy) within the next 7 days (September 27th to October 3rd).
Now, if you want to take advantage of this special offer, you need to complete the following 2 steps:
1. After you transfer your YEM from CCS to your PerNum wallet, you need to take note of the transaction hash from the TwnklChain.
2. You will need to provide your personal PerNum along with your TwnklChain hash to the RCF.
A statement to all Rainbow Currency holders from the Rainbow Currency Foundation has further details:
“Dear Rainbow Currency Holders,
RCF understands that you have paid fees to transfer YEM from PERNUM to CCS. And now, there are better options offered at TwnklBuy. But as all transfers happen in the Blockchain, there are fees associated every time you make a transfer. As such, you may have to pay the fees again to transfer back your YEM.
So, for those members who have placed orders at 2 cents or below, there is an offer from RCF, if you cancel your order and transfer back all your YEM to PERNUM as was announced in 26th September Webinar. In order to avail the offer:

2. Send all your YEM to PERNUM.

In fact, with anything regarding Rainbow Currency—read the explanations over and over again (and DO ask questions if uncertain), BEFORE making any decisions or pushing any buttons. You are ALWAYS responsible for your own actions. Just like a carpenter: measure twice, cut once!

If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.
D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.
E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
