General info (what is happening now behind scenes):
Unicorn Network is very different and special (you know our core values); and you know that Rainbow Currency is very special; and that we separate ourselves from all the other cryptocurrencies, blockchains and exchanges for some very specific and important reasons (stability, security, privacy, quality, etc.). We are talking about money. And, even though cryptocurrency (virtual, digital currencies), we are talking about real value, real assets, real money; because if you can buy something for it, then it is real money.
The problem with most so-called cryptocurrencies out there, is that you have to ask yourself, ”What can I buy with it? Where can I go to get a service or product with it?”
That is the key, crucial, in fact, the only real function of Money.
Imagine if, with your own local fiat currency (such as U.S. dollars or euros), that no one would sell you anything for it? What would be the value if you can’t buy anything? ZERO (US$0.00).
When we first presented Rainbow Currency to you, we said it was our goal to create a currency that would become, step by step, Your Everyday Money. Whatever you need or want, then you can pay for it with our Rainbow Currency.
This was just 10 months ago when it started, just 10 months! And, right away, we connected with sellers of products and services to join us as our business partners and use our Rainbow Currency as their method of payment (of course we have our own products, and of course, we accept Rainbow Currency there as well).
Please do understand this is not common. Read some news, presentations and articles carefully; and, for example, you’ll read about a Blockchain/Cryptocurrency convention (for which you need to buy tickets) and if you go to pay for it, mostly they only take payments in fiat currency (U.S. dollars and euros). There are many more examples like this, such as, there was a cryptocurrency convention on a cruise ship offered, but you could only buy tickets in fiat currency!
So, what is the message here?
That they don’t believe in their own cryptocurrency?
Or that they cannot even convince any business, such as the hotel (or cruise) where the convention is being held to accept their cryptocurrency?
That is the problem of the whole cryptocurrency market/industry.
That is why we (Unicorn Network) do things differently, we are different. That’s the reason we have our own cryptocurrency, our own private blockchain, our own nodes and supernodes; and why we have our own app and system for payment; our own rules; and why we only have just 1 exchange, and so on.
Because, we are different; in fact, we’re not just different, we’re even BETTER! For most of the cryptocurrencies out there, we are exactly the opposite of what they do.
Dan has said it before, and says it again–most cryptocurrencies that started in 2016/2017, most of them will be gone in a year or 2, and most people who have spent money on those coins will lose out.
Rainbow Currency is different, it is built to fulfill all legal requirements. It is built to be much less volatile than other cryptocurrencies. Rainbow Currency is built as Your Everyday Money!
Many cryptocurrency projects out there say they will have, for example, the best payment app for Point of Sale (outside the Internet), such as local shops and restaurant and then they launch their projects a year or two later. Or this or that, but it is always sometime in the future that it will happen.
So, what is happening right now behind the scenes in Unicorn Network? We are presenting to high-level potential business partners our Rainbow Currency (our Twnkls/YEM) and our whole strategies, such as, our blockchain (TwnklChain)—how it is built and so on.
We expected that it might take for us 1, 2, 3, 4 years to reach major milestones (from the start of Rainbow Currency), and LOOK now, here it is, just 10 months later–and hey, we are talking about real estate; and not in the future, but where you can reserve the first Fractional Owner Rights (F.O.R.) in days (9/27)! And of course, besides real estate, we have TwnklBds, EEBOOX, Cashback Marketing Units, SOLR Tokens, SafeZone etc. etc.
Dan has received the confirmation, in the last couple of business days, that very soon we will have a YEM-based travel/vacation club, where you can book hotel rooms and vacations with just YEM. It is not that we will find just one or two places (hotels or whatever) for you to use, no. We have found a big travel/vacation partner to do it with!
Remember Dan said we would have a car for auction at TwnklBds, (as from today, in a few weeks it will be listed). This is a kind-of test drive; and not just one dealership, but now three dealerships are working with us. We are talking about building a car-sharing network (TwnklCar) with a global car brand, to have thousands of cars on the streets, and maybe just in a year or 2 from now; and all these cars will be paid with YEM, our Twnkls, our Rainbow Currency.
So now we have solar energy, real estate, cars, vacations–do you see what is happening here?
We started Rainbow Currency just 10 months ago! And when we talk to industry leaders, they listen to us and immediately see the difference from other cryptocurrencies/virtual currencies, and they love what we do.
And now we can say that we have already closed the first real-estate deals; and are now in the process to close the first car deals with cryptocurrencies. It is getting easier and easier to find other partners. It is still a lot of work to set it up, so that will take time.
We have Matt for real estate now, but we will get more agents in the future in other countries.
Getting everything set up, takes teams of people. Maybe in 6-12 months, we will have real estate in many countries. The thing is that we are receiving more real estate property offers than we can manage. So, Friday this week, I am meeting with another team member here in Germany who will do a similar job to Matt’s in Germany. And we’re becoming connected with many others.
Dan’s message: This is developing much, much better and much, much faster than we had expected and hoped that it might happen.
So, Dan is expecting (and after today, you might understand further (Dan will share more, see below), to also expect), that in the latest about 3 weeks from now (Mid-October), that we will see a higher value than US$0.01 for our Rainbow Currency (for 1 YEM). And, the only way to get a higher value, is by creating demand; and that is what we are focused on, and it will push all our projects.
For those who question if we should focus so much on the cryptocurrency, well YES—now is exactly the time to do that! Now is the time to establish a cryptocurrency like Rainbow Currency, because once the authorities start to heavily regulate things (such as ICOs, tokens and everything related to virtual currencies), it is important that we are there to say we already fulfill the criteria, because that is exactly what we do.
And now with real estate, cars, solar energy (SOLR Tokens), and now travel to be added to our portfolio of things that we can buy with Rainbow Currency, we will make an impact. That means that people outside our network will become interested and buy in.
Right now, there are less than 200 people on CCS (CryptoCoinStreet) offering some Twnkl at US$0.01; and of course, most of them are doing that because they are in urgent need of money. We know that. At the end of this webinar, Dan shares a solution the company has found for all of us.
First though, let’s talk about TwnklEstate.
We announced to show you today how the TwnklEstate website works; for you to check some real estate properties, and then decide if you want to put some TEC in escrow, to receive some F.O.R. (Fractional Owner Rights) when the smart contract is activated.
And we announced that 2 days later, (after the September 24 recap is released on September 25th), September 27th, you will see the first properties available on the TwnklEstate website. This is exactly what will happen.
What we have learned though, is that this kind of opportunity is not just like purchasing ebooks or whatever, it is an absolute crucial decision for most, if not all of you, to decide should we do this? Therefore, we learned it would be wrong for us to rush you or push you to make decisions, to push buttons; so hopefully you understand and appreciate our thinking here.
Yes, we will start in 2 days from now on TwnklEstate, but you will see only 1 on the first day. Then we will add, day by day (weekdays only), 1-2 properties per day; because we want to give you time to read things, (ask questions) and properly understand. Don’t feel any pressure. We have all the time in the world. We want to make sure you have the time and a LOW-pressure experience to make the best decision for you; and of course, you can buy this real estate with our very own Rainbow Currency—and NOW, in 2 days !
Dan is expecting the first properties will be sold out very fast, as many TEC have been bought at very low prices.
So, we will limit the amount of F.O.R. that a single member can make a reservation for; the first properties we will even go with a limit of 1,000 F.O.R. (which is just 100 members that could participate in each property). Of course, we want as many as possible participating; so from day to day, decisions will be made based on how fast the previously listed properties are sold out.
If everyone decides to wait, and they are not sold out, then we can raise the limit (of 1,000 F.O.R.), that is no problem.
Reminder from Dan: Something like this hasn’t been done before. There is no other platform where you can buy Fractional Owner Rights with cryptocurrency. Fractional Owner Rights in specific properties; that is, with a business model like ours, and prices like ours. It simply has never been done before, and that means, we need to learn while we are doing it. Once more, these are real houses. This is real value, real properties, real assets and real money that we are talking about. This is serious, and therefore, we want to be very, very careful that we treat you, our members, as fair and straight as possible without pressure.
You might still feel some pressure, not just excitement; so maybe you are asking, “What should I do?”
What we can tell you, is to think about what we are doing, what we have created so far, and what we will do in the future. This is HUGE!
So, enjoy these opportunities, don’t be angry if something is sold out when you get to the website. There will be more—with the same quality and same good prices. We will have enough (in the future) to cover all the TEC you are holding.
And these are real prices—the price is calculated exactly like we calculate all the other properties (prices, of course, will change based on the specific property, but the formula TwnklEstate uses is the same with variations based on the location, type, and use of the property, etc.).
The first ones won’t necessarily be the best, nor the worst, properties to be offered. These are more the average ones that will be listed first. Rest assured, TwnklEstate will be adding more and more.
When you click MORE INFO, you can see in detail, information for the property you picked: the details for the smart contract, the token contract, as each house will be on our blockchain (TwnklChain) ledger (1 token = 1 property). You call it a “contract” (i.e. smart contracts and token contracts) but it is more all the specific data of the property; and of course, there’s the button to click when you make your decision if you want to buy F.O.R. on that property.
This is new and will be very, very exciting; especially for those of you who need or want to sell some Twnkl (YEM) at US$0.01 (Of course, you may say, ”No, I don’t want to sell at US$0.01 but I want to sell fast.”); pay attention!
TwnklBuy (www.twnklbuy.com) is a service offered through our official exchange, CCS.
Due to reasons beyond anyone’s control, we are unable to have these types of services and features directly on CCS. However, with the TwnklBuy, there is a solution as they are literally outsourcing some services; and TwnklBuy is about 2 main services.
1. The first function of TwnklBuy is for people who are interested in YEM, TEC, CBM, or SOLR, etc. and they want to buy for a larger amount–US$10,000, US$50,000, or even for real estate, 100,000, or maybe even US$1,000,000, whatever. Right now, it is quite complicated (that is, to buy YEM on CCS exchange, then buy TEC, or to buy SOLR tokens they’d need to go to the Solario website etc.); and especially for people who are richer than others, who may not have the time, and don’t want to focus on stuff like that. Therefore, we have this service for them at TwnklBuy.
They can login with their SafeZone Pass (your Unicorn Network/SafeZone login credentials), and then, for example, simply say, they want 1,000 TEC they can just place that order (at TwnklBuy), and then the TwnklBuy team will take care of it all, and do the work for them. (CCS can be a little bit complicated if you are buying larger quantities. So TwnklBuy makes it much easier and more comfortable for the buyer.)
2. The second function of TwnklBuy is hidden behind the word MARKETPLACE.
Here is the important message for those of you who need or want to sell as quickly as possible.
What you can do once TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE is launched, is to remove your “Sell” offer or order on CCS; and place a new one on the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE instead.
Good news #1 - on the MarketPlace there is no limitation on how many YEM you can sell.
Good news #2 - you don’t have to pick a price, on the MarketPlace—all offers will automatically have the current price at CCS (the exchange).
Good news #3 - maybe the most important feature of the MarketPlace, is that a Buyer can identify YOUR offer through your PerNum.
So that means, if you know someone who might want to buy YEM from you (personally–maybe you are friends, colleagues, or neighbors, whatever); you can now sell directly to another person (of course, through the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE Service).
This offers a bunch of opportunities for you to speed up the process that you sell the amount of YEM that you need to sell.
When the price at the CCS exchange is going up, the price on the MarketPlace is automatically going up, and there is nothing to fear, because you still sell at the cheapest price.
So no one can say if they bought at CCS it would be cheaper—no! The MarketPlace price is always the current cheapest price on CCS.
Right now, we have about 200 people who are willing, for whatever reason, to sell at the lowest rate (as you know, US$0.01 is our minimum rate). If they were to list on the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE instead, they might get more U.S. dollars for their YEM if the YEM rate rose on CCS. And if they see the rate going up, they may choose to sell less YEM at the low minimum price.
Only 200 out of 10,000 Rainbow Currency holders (2%) on CCS exchange are right now wanting to sell low, that’s hardly any. Even if you list more YEM at the MarketPlace than you could do on CCS directly, it is no problem, because you will not be hurting anyone.
We have received questions; for example, you have someone who says they will buy YEM from you at whatever amount, how can we do that?
Since we don’t have a license for that, but we promised to find a way for you, see here: TwnklBuy is covered by the licenses of CCS, and their group of companies; so you can place “Sell” offers on TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE, and there is no limit to the amount of YEM you can list to sell; and the price now at the beginning will automatically be US$0.01 (because that is the cheapest price on CCS); but automatically it will go up as the price increases on CCS. Again, it will always be the current price or rate that is selling on CCS.
This way is fair for everyone. There is no chance of manipulation. And it provides the opportunity for you to sell directly to those you know (through the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE).
So now (after TwnklBuy opens) when you talk to someone about Rainbow Currency, make sure to give them your PerNum number and tell them to get their free SafeZone Pass (meaning join and get their own SafeZone login credentials), then go to the TwnklBuy MARKETPLACE and search for your PerNum, and there they will see your offer and they can buy right from you. So with TwnklBuy, you can be active. It’s in your own hands; so, we will see more and more demand.
Therefore, as we have the first real estate properties for sale on TwnklEstate; the first car to be sold by auction on TwnklBds; when we announce the TwnklCar car-sharing project with Rainbow Currency; when we announce the travel/vacation travel club with Rainbow Currency, rest assured, the world will listen, the world will look at us (maybe not everybody), but more and more people will say, ”Hey this is cool, I want to be a part of this,” and the demand will go up.
With all this great news, in around 3 weeks, I’m sure a lot fewer of you will want to sell your YEM for the minimum price, and that with demand, we will not see the US$0.01 MINIMUM anymore, but a higher price.

Q. On TwnklBuy, what are we buying into?
A. Dan: You are buying YEM (only), which can be paid by USD or your local currency. But if it’s local currency, it’s up to you to make sure you receive the proper current value for the YEM you’re selling. Again, YEM is the only thing you can buy with fiat currency, and that won’t change.
Q. What is the advantage of buying on TwnklBuy MarketPlace?
A. Cate: The advantage is that you don’t have to set a selling price, because at the moment it’s sold, it will be sold for the same rate as on CCS.

We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.
As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting. A few things to be mindful of:
A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twinkle, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.
B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.
C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.
D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.
E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.
*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.
*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.
*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.
F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.
G. Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.
