Let’s get started. Thank you all for joining us today. We are very proud to bring you some important updates; and without further ado, let me introduce Dan Settgast, who will be sharing these updates with us today.
So Dan, welcome!
Dan: Thank you Cate. Hello everybody, WAAAAZZUUUUUUB!
Today, the webinar will be a short update webinar for, as you can see, Biggest Talent, TwnklSoccer, TwnklEstate and TwnklChain, and for TwnklBds.
So, let us start right away, and let us start with Biggest Talent.
Biggest Talent: I think there is 52 minutes left for 4 countries (competing in the contest). Then, exactly 2 days left for the last 4 countries to do your National vote. It’s very exciting! We’ve already had hundreds of thousands of votes; so definitely this season is by far the most exciting and the most successful. And we have not even started for the battles.
For the battles, the battles of the countries, we need National Winners; and the National Winners from the National Voting, will be announced on September 25th. So that is exactly in a week from now; and that means we will have a public webinar on September 25th, where we will present the National Winners, and explain exactly what the next steps are.
The first round of battles will start on October 1st. And, the battles will be one-on-one battles, so 2 National Winners will compete with each other, and only one can make it to the next round—so from now on, it will be really, really, really exciting! We’ve had some great talents this year and we still have!
Therefore, we made a little change at www.biggesttalent.com; so after the webinar, you can go there, and you can watch all the videos at www.biggesttalent.com, even for those countries whose voting has already closed. Just click on the flag; but not to vote, as voting has closed.
We received many requests saying, “Hey, I want to watch that video again; and hey, what was the name of that girl from Argentina singing…”(this or that, or whatever), so here we go. So, you can go there and watch all the videos and enjoy.
And on September 25th, National Winners are to be announced; and on October 1st, the first round of battles will start.
So, TwnklSoccer! As well, this “season” of TwnklSoccer, the Nations League presented by UEFA is a big, big success; many more players than for the (FIFA) World Cup. We have more than 10,000 players now playing at TwnklSoccer.
And one of the 10,000 players is very special! It is not the guy who already made it to Level 34, which is very cool. I think we’ve had something like 46 matches so far, so 34 is pretty cool, and by the way, we have TWO leaders on the ranking list. But, I’m not talking about these 2 players; instead I’m talking about 1 player…
…So this 1 player at TwnklSoccer, he’s a former professional soccer player from Germany. He played for the German National Team. He’s the all-time #4 top scorer in German Bundesliga (that is, more than 50 years, like 54 years); and for all time, he’s the #4 TOP scorer in German Bundesliga. And for the quite famous team of Borussia Dortmund, he’s the all-time #1 TOP scorer. He’s a legend in Germany, a living legend! That’s the good news…he’s playing TwnklSoccer, now, with all of us!
After he finished his soccer career, he was nearly 41-years-old, but then he said, “Wow, I still want to do something.” So, he started playing American football; and, believe it or not, he won 2 World Bowls (the European Super Bowl)! So wow! He’s a really, really special guy; his name is Manfred Burgsmueller and of course, we are very proud to have him playing TwnklSoccer, too.
Maybe for some of you it’s a little gimmick; but for others of you, this might add a little spice to TwnklSoccer.
So, as an addition to the regular betting game, we will make HIS (Manfred’s) predictions public (coming soon). That means that you will be able to see if you can make better predictions than a professional soccer player. And for this sub-game of TwnklSoccer, we will not just be making it like, “who’s the winner, or do we have a tie”? No, (Manfred) will bet on the exact result, and then you will be able (below his prediction) to put yours. And, then you can see after the game, “Ah, hahaha, I know it better!” Or maybe, he will; but let’s wait and find out.
TwnklEstate! So, we will have a special Unicorn Network webinar featuring TwnklEstate on September 24th. That’s next Monday.
And there, we will present the FIRST property in detail, with all the info that you will need to decide, and with all the info that you will have for ALL properties, for all real estate properties on TwnklEstate.
And, at this webinar, we will explain the exact processes of putting TEC into escrow; so that you will receive (once the smart contract is active and the real estate is bought by the TwnklEstate company) your Fractional Owner Rights (F.O.R.).
We have received tons of question, of course, after the ‘little’, like 72-page recap from 2 weeks ago (September 3). I’m pretty sure that (1), you understand why it took some time to get this webinar recap published, and (2), I know that you all now understand that we are talking about REAL business, and great business opportunities for all of us here. And your decisions to put TEC into escrow on a certain property, or not; or to hold your TEC or to sell them, (because most of you bought them at 100 YEM now they’re trading somewhere between 350-400 YEM), so you may want to sell your TEC; or whatever.
These are all very, very important crucial decisions; and so, we will give you all the info that you will need to decide.
After the September 24th webinar, it won’t take 2 weeks (for the recap) and it won’t be 70 pages, so the recap will be published the next day, September 25th (the day we will have our Biggest Talent webinar). And then, 2 days after the recap has been published, then TwnklEstate will open for business on September 27th. So, that’s not too far away, as today is already September 18th.
And rest assured, that we will have some nice surprises there for you, as well.
Ohhh, TwnklChain!!! So, let’s talk about blockchains.
Generally, you have 3 ways as a participant in any blockchain (or cryptocurrency activity) to receive some free coins or free tokens; and those free coins are (1st) Proof of Activity—you have to do something special with the coins or within the network to receive, or to be rewarded; there’s (2nd) Proof of Work, which most of you might know under the word “mining”; your computer is participating in the process of verifying and confirming transactions. The 3rd option is Proof of Stake, which means, you have a certain amount of the currency (or token); and, therefore, for holding a certain amount, you receive extra tokens/coins. So that’s Proof of Stake.
So now in our network, on the TwnklChain, so far we have Proof of Activity; which means, you are active within our SafeZone, and so you receive rewards. That could be a game or prize draw like TwnklSoccer, where you can win YEM (Rainbow Currency) for free. It could be Biggest Talent, where just for voting, you receive some rewards, some Twnkls, some YEM for your activity, and we will have other opportunities for some free coins, some free Twnkls (YEM), as well. And this will be starting October 1st.
So here’s the thing: We have a private blockchain. You know that, our TwnklChain. And, everything is set up. We know now that TwnklChain launched about a month ago; and it’s running stable, everything’s fine. We’ve tested everything. It’s all cool, but still, we want to add more transparency, and more safety and security in a way that we have confirmations for our transactions, and that we have confirmations for our transactions from third parties.
So, that means, that those of you, who really know what a node is, what a super node is, and so on and so on; and what it takes to be part of a blockchain network, and to deliver a Proof of Work—those of you (who understand how it works), will be able to apply for becoming a so-called “node” in our TwnklChain network. And, for confirming those transactions (you won’t do that; your computer will do that), but for confirming those transactions, you will receive a chunk of the fees that we charge on the TwnklChain; which you know is 0.1%, with a maximum of 1,000 YEM to be charged (which would be charged for a transaction of 1,000,000 YEM and above). Our maximum fee is 1,000 YEM; but, generally it is 0.1%.
But, I can tell you, this is adding up; and, that means, some will be lucrative; but really Proof of Work is not that easy, not on our blockchain, and not on other blockchains. It will be explained, for sure, in a special webinar where our blockchain experts will explain to you exactly what to do; but it will just be for those who really know what we are talking about.
The 3rd one, the Proof of Stake: This is something for ALL of you. So, here at the Proof of Stake, you will put whatever amount (of YEM) you would like to, on hold for the Proof of Stake; and as long as you put this amount on hold, you will participate in the fees from 2 nodes that are set up just for transactions on the TwnklChain.
And that means that you will receive free YEM as long as you give us the Proof of Stake in a separate sub-wallet, and that will be in YEM; and that will be simply as long as you want to receive Proof of Stake rewards, and that you don’t touch your YEM. It is totally your decision, but in that second, when you remove your YEM from the Proof of Stake sub-wallet…well, guess what? You won’t receive rewards anymore. And there will be specific rules such as, a minimum “hold time” before you receive Proof of Stake rewards; but that will all be the explained in a special webinar before October 1st.
So, I just wanted to share this with you. And talking about TwnklChain, and talking about YEM, let us now talk for about a minute about CryptoCoinStreet (CCS), and our marketplace there. You know that TEC has been heavily traded for YEM, and that it’s been very active; and the price goes up and down, and up and down and up; and that’s exactly how it should be. So, I know that many of you are waiting, “Hey, when will this happen for YEM versus U.S. dollars? Are there any buyers coming in? What is happening here?”
So, let’s talk about that for a minute. We already talked with the first potential buyers. When we did that, we realized, “Oh, if a really big buyers would come on board tomorrow, let’s say buying several hundred thousands of dollars (worth of YEM), oh—we would have a little challenge with the system at CryptoCoinStreet (CCS)!” Because guys, for example at 1 cent (US$0.01) we have right now US$270,000; so this buyer would push the button one time and “bam”, US$270,000 bought. But then, when you check the amount, it is like, 4,000, 5,500; at the next price level, 10,000, 3,000; so, I really don’t know how often this buyer would need to go through the order process at CCS before he would have been able to place the whole amount.
Therefore, we are very happy to announce that we found a company, which is holding the licenses that you need to offer financial services. And, this company, will do other services as well; but for us, this company will set up a special Twnkl (YEM) buy service. So, that means a buyer can use their services, and the buyer sends an amount (of U.S. dollars, for example), whatever the amount is—it could be a small amount as well. I’m not sure if there would be a minimum amount, but it is for all those smaller or bigger buyers, or people who would just like to buy some YEM, where they don’t have to go through the process with CCS. They can easily, simply order the services (if we stick with our buyer example). That would mean that the buyer is sending the full amount of his funds that he wants to buy YEM with, to a special escrow account at 2Pay4You (the payment processor associated with CCS), and then this service company will do all the work for the buyers; by guaranteeing to buy the cheapest YEM available at CCS; and the buyers would receive their YEM booked to their PerNum Wallet directly.
This service, of course, is approved by CCS; it’s approved by 2Pay4You; and of course, it is approved by us (Unicorn Network), as well.
So therefore, it is much, much easier for those who want to buy YEM (Twnkl), and of course that is great news!
This service I think will start next Monday (September 24th). There’s some stuff that needs to be set up, and connections need to be made. We have to do some tests; so maybe we say it will happen sometime next week, but the goal is to have it set up and running by Monday, September 24th.
This will definitely make it much, much easier for any kind of investors or buyers, because (now here comes the great news), if we’re talking about a buyer that might be in real estate, a professional real estate buyer who might want to participate in our TwnklEstate opportunities; and (on CCS) they cannot just place an order, “ok, buy me some YEM,” (the process is more complicated) and then they have to trade it for some TEC… No, (with this upcoming service) they can say, “OK, here is US$100,000 and I want TEC.” That means, the service will buy YEM, and then will buy TEC for YEM; and the buyer will receive TEC booked to their PerNum Wallet. So, this makes things much, much easier; especially when it’s about bigger amounts, which is really, really cool. So, you can see, we do our homework; we learn; we improve things; and that is also very, very cool!
TwnklBds! Guys, go to www.twnklbds.com. We have more than 100 auctions running. Some stuff is pretty, pretty, pretty cheap. You know, we as Shobbit (the e-commerce company in Unicorn Network’s group of companies) start all auctions at 1 YEM; and you can see here, this (in the image above) is a screen shot taken just before the webinar. Here are 2 items still at 1 YEM, and 11 YEM, and 20 YEM, 33 YEM; yes, so, some stuff is quite cheap there; and of course, you never know which will be the final bid there, but it’s really worth trying it.
We’ve already shipped a lot of stuff. I know that the first winners (of the auctioned Shobbit items) have already received their products from TwnklBds; so that is very, very exciting. And, hey, with other cryptocurrencies, it’s not that easy to get really valuable (and quality) products for their currencies, but with Rainbow Currency, with our Twnkls, with our YEM, here we go—that is it.
But for those of you who say, “Ok, ah hmm (unimpressed), a shower-head; ah hmm (unimpressed), binoculars; ah hmm (unimpressed), an emergency survival kit; ah hmm (unimpressed), a stapler…” Well, look at the bottom, if you lovvve cats, you can have a lot of fun with this remote control mouse (haha); hey, a wireless cat dog toy; well if you hate cats, I’m pretty sure you can have some fun as well, like just getting your cat or a cat running around; but if you say, “Oh, all of this, ah hmm, ok, ok, ok (unimpressed).”

It’s a NEW car, and officially sold by a German car dealer. And this car dealer will sell the new car for Rainbow Currency on TwnklBds as an auction, and he will make that a marketing campaign. So, he will share the news—the car will be placed, literally, on the parking lot in the front of the car dealership’s building; and there will be some kind of promotion on the car, saying, “Buy this car with cryptocurrency!”
So, yeah, this will be helping us to get the word out that, “Hey, there is a very, very special cryptocurrency: Your Everyday Money (YEM)!” And guys, you can buy real estate with it; you can buy solar energy with it; you can buy household items with it; you can buy online marketing with it; and, hey, you can now buy CARS with it.
And believe me guys, there’s a lot of stuff in the making; now things will be really, really, really fast! Because behind the scenes, we’ve had so many meetings, and negotiations and whatever; and now, we will start harvesting all these deals; and we will share with you step by step by step.

Dan: (haha) Sorry for interrupting, but I just saw someone from Romania, say, “I live in Romania, and I need a new car.” So here’s the thing: Those of you who live in Germany, you know that. So we can see a lot of transporters from Romania, from Poland, from the Czech Republic, especially from Eastern European countries, and they come to Germany and buy mainly used cars (and then I’m pretty sure they sell them in their country).
I’m pretty sure that not just members from Germany, but members from surrounding countries; and, of course, Northern and Western (European) countries. I know that the car dealership is not too far away from the border to the Netherlands, and I know that we have many members there as well. So this will not be just for the German members (I think, Cate,we can share here that we are already talking with other car dealers, outside Germany); but this is the first one, and I think it is very, very exciting; so thank you, Cate.
Cate: Absolutely, yes! This is just the beginning, so if you are in the U.S. or Africa or wherever, rest assured, that definitely our teams are working these things out, step by step. Of course, we make it all happen!

August 25, 2018 Updates for Everyone: Regarding the updates for TwnklChain, work continues...
As it was announced, the ability to transfer YEM/TEC to CCS has opened and trading is available for those currencies on CCS as well.
Couple things understand and to check before you do any transfers:
1. Is your account verified at CCS? If not, do that first, you will receive an email confirmation once verified.
2. Is your FREE PerNum listed in your CCS Profile? If not, do that before transferring.
3. Be sure you have confirmed your personal details in Pernum.com and chosen your tax country before doing any transfers to or from CCS.
4. Understand that by transferring from your PerNum Wallet to CCS, you will be confirming that balance, so be sure it is correct first.
Folks do understand when it comes to CCS, they are based in Europe and their Support Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am till 6pm CET, so that means US Pacific Time 11pm-9am .... So if you have a challenge, do have patience, contact CCS through their live Support chat for fastest results during their normal business hours and rest assured they will assist you.
Regarding the other functions connected to your PerNum Wallet and the TwnklChain, work still continues connecting everything back up and many functions are still paused including commissions coming off hold and transfers to and from TwnklBds, we thank you for your patience and understanding during these updates.
Rest assured when each function comes back online, we will keep everyone posted. Until then, please do not try to use any of these other functions including transferring YEM to and from TwnklBds.

August 21, 2018: IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING RAINBOW CURRENCY
For several reasons it is crucial to change the trading symbol for Rainbow Currency on the TwnklChain. Today we have been informed by Etherscan that they refuse to change the token name and symbol from Twinkle/TWNKL to Moved/MOVED for the old, abandoned token without giving a reason.
Thus, there is a token with trading symbol TWNKL on the Ethereum blockchain and we have no power to change it. Pages like CMC request a unique trading symbol to be listed there and therefore we must change the trading symbol for our Rainbow Currency. So, we decided to change the trading symbol for Rainbow Currency on the TwnklChain from TWNKL to YEM.
YEM = Your Everyday Money
Just to be clear:
The name of our blockchain is still TwnklChain
The name of our currency is still Rainbow Currency
The names of our denominations are still Rainbow, Glitter, Twnkl, Dan
Why Twnkl and not Twinkle?
1) we have branded everything to Twnkl
2) a company from Asia just launched a token on the Ether blockchain, and they named it Twinkle
Of course, we will still fight with Etherscan to change the name and symbol of old Twinkle/TWNKL to avoid any confusion.

Trading is now live on CCS for TEC and YEM. You are able to transfer to and from your PerNum wallet and CCS. Be aware that if you do a transfer out of your PerNum Wallet, you are confirming your balance to be correct.
As noted in the recap above, Ishaq’s blog AllAboutSafeZone.com will be updated with these updates as soon as possible. If you need assistance with learning how to do things, please wait for those tutorials and info to be published before taking any action.
Also be aware the standard TwnklChain transfer fee of 0.1% will apply to all transfers (paid in YEM). If you are transferring out of your PerNum Wallet, the fee is deducted from your PerNum Wallet.
Always start small, make sure everything is good and you understand what you are doing before proceeding further and be sure your PerNum is set up properly in CCS before initiating any transfers for fastest results.

Member Invitation guidelines

Our Rainbow Currency is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.
We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.
As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting. A few things to be mindful of:
A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twinkle, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.
B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.
C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.
D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.
E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.
*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.
*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.
*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.
F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.
G. Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.
H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
